It should be noted that a cannabis business license
can allow an establishment to operate a legal cannabis business. However, all
the states in which cannabis has been legalized need the businesses to acquire
licenses so as to start operating. But the laws used in each state is different
and these rules keep changing so as to keep the industry heavily controlled as

who they can sell to and the price at which they can sell.
